Scope
What this page is for
Use this page to ask for a report of your account data or a machine-readable copy of it, to request a correction, or to ask a privacy question. To delete your account, use the account-deletion page or the app. We verify control of the account's email address before any account information is shared or changed.
Reporting an account you think belongs to someone under 18, asking for a bug report you sent or for copies of email you sent us, or asking about anything else? Choose Privacy question and explain in the message field. Enter your own email address; for a bug report or email you sent us, use the address you sent it from.
Processing
What happens next
- We send a single-use link to the email address you enter, and it expires after a short time.
- Opening the link shows your request; confirm it there. A data report or a copy of your data is sent automatically as a download link that works for 72 hours. Corrections and questions get an automatic email acknowledging the request, and then a person replies to that address.
- We answer verified requests within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time (Privacy Policy, Section 8).
- Display names are permanent, so they can't be corrected on request. Your email address, avatar, and preferences can be changed in the app.
